Long fiber mixed thick layer substrate spraying work - Roving shot method

Long fiber mixed thick layer substrate spraying work - Roving shot method

This construction method is a slope greening technique using geotextiles (soil stabilization fibers). By incorporating long fibers, it streamlines the installation of fiber nets and diamond wire mesh, enhances erosion resistance, and creates a sustainable vegetative foundation, thereby achieving labor savings and shortening the construction process. 【Features】 - The incorporation of long fibers allows for the reinforcement of the growth foundation over a wide area, providing a reinforcement effect similar to that of plant root systems immediately after spraying. - By mixing long fibers into the corkboard-like finished growth foundation, further improvement in erosion resistance can be achieved. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.

Long-distance high-rise vegetation substrate spraying work - High Green Shot Method

Long-distance high elevation vegetation substrate spraying method targeting slopes with a vertical height of 80m or more, where market unit prices do not apply.

This method enables spraying in sites with a vertical height of over 80 meters, which was difficult with conventional vegetation substrate spraying methods. It has a proven track record of long-distance and high-elevation construction, with at least 700 meters of pumping distance and a vertical height of 160 meters, eliminating the need for temporary spraying plant yards or cableways for transporting materials. This method is particularly suitable for greening disaster recovery work in areas affected by landslides due to heavy rainfall, where the installation of temporary scaffolding is challenging. Additionally, this method can accommodate various greening objectives, ranging from rapid greening using non-native herbaceous plants to natural recovery greening with native species (herbaceous and woody plants) and the use of locally sourced seeds for regional seedling utilization.

Long-distance pressure pumping spraying method SLP shot method

A method of pumping and merging air from the junction pipe for spraying!

The long-distance pumping spray method, SLP shot method, uses a concrete pump to pump fresh mortar through a dedicated pipe, combining air from a junction pipe for spraying. **Features of the Long-Distance Pumping Spray Method, SLP Shot Method:** 1. Wet materials are produced and managed at a JIS-certified fresh concrete plant. 2. Using the same mix as conventional methods, it has less material separation and rebound, with no sagging or outflow from the formwork, making it economical. 3. Work can be done in a compact space of 15m x 3m. 4. Compatible with artificial aggregates. 5. Also suitable for greening substrate materials.
